Gautam adani extended helping hand to 34-year-old differently-abled cricketer Aamir Husain from the village of Waghama in Bijbehara. Gautam Adani shared on social media platform ‘X‘ that Aamir’s emotional story is remarkable.

He saluted Aamir’s courage, dedication to the sport, and spirit that never accepts defeat even in adverse circumstances.

Gautam Adani mentioned that the Adani Foundation will soon get in touch with Aamir and make every possible effort to assist him.

He concluded on the Ex platform by stating that Aamir’s struggle is an inspiration for them. It’s worth noting that Aamir Husain currently captains the Para cricket team of Jammu and Kashmir.

Aamir has been playing cricket since 2013.

His cricket talent was recognized by a teacher, who introduced him to para cricket. Subsequently, he joined the Indian Para Cricket Team. Using his legs for bowling and holding the bat between his shoulders and neck, he plays the game.

Tragic accident happened at the age of eight

A tragic incident occurred when Aamir Hussain, the captain of the para cricket team, was eight years old. While working in his father’s mill at the age of eight, he had a severe accident, resulting in the loss of both his hands.
