Sreesanth violated LLC rules
In this matter, League Commissioner Legal notice was served to S.Sreesanth. The notice states that he violated the terms of the contract.
Information was also given in the notice that communication with Sreesanth will happen only if he removes the video criticizing Gautam Gambhir.
Now preparations are also underway to take action against Sreesanth towards LLC. League co-founder and CEO Raman Raheja has confirmed this.
Raman Raheja told India Today, ‘We are already in the process of taking action as per the players’ contractual obligations and the league’s code of conduct policy. It’s started within 24 hours of the incident.
Sreesanth had made statements on social media
Sreesanth against Gambhir after that match had made statements on social media, which was considered a violation of the code of conduct and contract of Legends League Cricket.
According to the LLC Code of Conduct, no player participating in this league can publicly criticize match officials, representatives, employees, league owners, franchise honorees or any other player participating in the league.
Sreesanth had released a video after the LLC match saying that Gautam Gambhir’s behavior was not good during the match.
Later Sreesanth released another video and said that Gauti was calling him fixer-fixer during the match. Gautam Gambhir and Sreesanth kept staring for a long time during the cricket match.
Gautam Gambhir was captaining India Capitals and Parthiv Patel was captaining Gujarat Giants.
